FEEL EMPOWERED AS YOU EXPLORE THE END-OF-LIFE

A Guided Journey of Reflection, Preparation & Intentional Planning

An opportunity to explore what matters most, express your wishes, and create a meaningful guide for those who may one day care for you.

What would it look like to approach the end-of-life feeling empowered, informed, and deeply connected to what matters most to you?

Feel Empowered as You Explore End-of-Life is a personalized, four-session experience designed with deep intention and care to create space for the conversations we so often postpone.

Together, we'll explore your wishes surrounding care, comfort, relationships, meaningful rituals, dying, death, and what comes afterward.

Through guided conversation and a thoughtfully curated planning workbook, we'll begin putting words to the things that matter most, creating a clear and meaningful record of your wishes.

This experience isn't only about preparing for death. It's about participating more intentionally in your life and the choices that shape its ending.

An Invitation to Begin…

Your Life. Your Wishes. Your Way.

There is something profoundly empowering about giving ourselves permission to explore the conversations we so often leave for another day.

To ask the questions. To consider the possibilities. To honor what matters most to us, and to begin creating space for those things to be carried forward.

You do not have to be nearing the end of life to begin this journey. You only have to be willing to explore.

Whether you're seeking greater clarity, peace of mind, or simply a space to begin asking the deeper questions, I welcome you to come exactly as you are.

There is no perfect way to approach these conversations, no expectation to have all the answers, and certainly no need to navigate them alone.

This is your life, your story, and your journey. You deserve to have a voice in how it unfolds and the way you wish to be cared for.

It would be my honor to walk alongside you as we explore what that might look like.

With warmth and reverence,

Amber

Your Four Sessions

The Value of Our Time Together

When you choose to work with me, you're receiving more than end-of-life planning. You're entering into a deeply intentional, holistic experience that honors the fullness of who you are and the life you've lived.

I believe that dignity, autonomy, integrity, reverence, and personal choice belong at the heart of every end-of-life experience. And just as importantly, I believe there is room for beauty, connection, laughter, joy, and the sacredness of simply being alive, even as we approach its ending.

These are not things we should have to surrender when faced with illness, aging, or death.

They are things worth honoring, protecting, and intentionally carrying forward.

Through my work as an end-of-life doula, sacred space facilitator, energy worker, holistic health coach, and my brief background in social work, I bring together many different facets of care. Having spent much of my adult life immersed in end-of-life spaces, I've witnessed firsthand how profoundly these experiences can shape individuals, families, and the people who accompany them.

My approach is rooted in holistic support, recognizing that the end of life is not solely a medical or practical experience. It is also emotional, relational, spiritual, and deeply personal.

While I can help you navigate the practical considerations of preparing for the end of life, what I bring to our time together extends far beyond a checklist or a collection of documents.

One of the foundations of my work is the practice of personal ceremony.

To me, personal ceremony is the intentional creation of space that honors what is happening in our lives. It is a way of approaching an experience with presence, reverence, respect, and care, while making room for our individual needs, beliefs, desires, and expressions.

When we begin exploring your end-of-life wishes, we're also beginning to imagine what it might look like to create a deeply personal ceremony around your final chapter.

What brings you comfort? What makes you feel safe? What brings you joy? Who and what do you want surrounding you? What parts of your life feel so essential to who you are that you want them honored through your final moments?

And perhaps just as importantly, how might you begin honoring those things in your life today?

In this way, our work together becomes its own form of personal ceremony.

We create a space where difficult conversations can be approached with honesty and compassion. Where questions are welcomed, uncertainty has room to exist, and nothing about your experience needs to be rushed or forced.

My role is not to decide what your end of life should look like. It is to walk alongside you, offering my experience, perspective, practical guidance, and presence as we explore what feels most meaningful and aligned for you.

I want you to feel comfortable asking the hard questions, speaking the things you may not have said aloud, exploring possibilities, and knowing that your wishes will be met with respect.

You remain the author of your own experience.

And the value of this work reaches beyond our time together.

You're investing in greater clarity and preparedness for yourself, and in the possibility of offering your loved ones a deeper understanding of how to honor your wishes before, during and after your death.

You're also beginning a relationship of support that, should you choose, can continue beyond the completion of your planning document. Whether through ongoing companionship, advocacy, family conversations, personal ceremony, or end-of-life vigil support, there are many ways we may continue working together as your needs evolve.

Ultimately, my hope is that you leave this experience feeling more connected to yourself, more empowered in your choices, and more at peace knowing that your voice has been heard.

Because the end of life deserves the same reverence, intention, and celebration of individuality as every other chapter of being alive.
